April Fools Day!

So April Fools Day was a hit this year. First, the girls woke up to blue milk for the cereal, and I switched the cereal into different boxes and so they thought they were pouring fruit loops, but got cheerios. It was quite funny. Then for dinner, my mom had a great idea that she saw on the news. I made meat loaf in cupcake wrappers, with pink mashed potatoes spread on top. I colored some salt and sprinkled it on top. The girls thought it was so cool that they got to eat cup cakes for dinner! Unfortunately, when they realized it was meatloaf, they weren't thrilled!





After dinner, Jeff told the girls he had a fun contest that they could do to win some money. All they had to do was put a funnel in their pants, balance a penny on their nose, and try to drop it in the funnel. After they practiced a few times, Jeff told them that whoever got the next one in would win $5. So they all lined up and put the pennies on their noses. While they were looking up balancing the penny, Jeff and I poured water in the funnels. It was really funny. They got soaked!
