San Francisco Trip - Day 1

So back in August we decided to take a trip to San Francisco. It was kind of a last minute trip that my brother planned, cuz the semester had just ended and he had a week before school started again. He invited us all, be we decided to leave the three other girls home, because it was just a lot of long driving and we thought they would probably rather stay home and play with cousins. Anyway, I have a lot of pics so I decided to divide it up in days rather than do a slide show so that i can explain what we did each day.

The first day was mainly driving. We left kind of late in the day so that some could work half a day. In our van was my brother Tim, his girlfriend (now fiancee) Jessica, his friend Rino, my sister Abbie, Bayley, me and Jeff. In my mom's vehicle was my mom, dad, and brothers Ben and Zach. They left earlier than us and took a different route so that they could see the Sequoia National Park. We got to Reno at like midnight the first night, and stayed the night. The next day we drove the rest of the way to San Fran with one stop in Sacramento to visit Jeff's uncle and family that lives there. The guys also enjoyed watching the US and Mexico play in a soccer game.

Once we arrived in San Fran, we had some time before we had to meet up with the rest of the fam at the hotel, so we decided to visit the Muir Woods. It is just like a big forest you can walk through and see tons of big redwood and sequoia trees. It was pretty fun.
