On Thursday, her actual birthday, Saedy got to open her presents before her older sisters and dad went off to work and school. She got a bike, an outfit, and some accessories for her zhu zhu pet.
Here she is riding her new bike. She is going to try and learn to ride without the training wheels this summer.
Later that night, we went to Wingers to eat for Saedy's birthday. Surprisingly, this was Saedy's choice. She had received a birthday card in the mail from Wingers earlier in the month which is what gave her the idea.

After we ate, we came back to the house and Saedy blew out candles. She had a little pet shop cake. Which was really just a cake that I stuck some little pet shops in on top. It was cool though, cuz after the cake was gone, she got to keep the little pet shop toys.
On Saturday, Saedy's grandma, aunt, and cousins came to visit and wish her a happy birthday. She got a new bike helmet and pads to go along with her new bike. And also a barbie toy. The girls had lots of fun playing with their cousins Wesley and Kyle for the day, and then Grandma took us all to McDonald's (also Saedy's choice) for dinner. After grandma, Abbie, Wes and Kyle left to go home, we went to the movie. It was "The Tooth Fairy". It was a cute show.
On Sunday, Jeff's side of the family braved the storm and came to visit for dinner and Saedy's birthday. She got lots more presents including a zhu zhu pet and more accessories, some clothes, little pet shops and more. Is she spoiled or what??? After dinner Saedy blew out candles again, and we had cup cakes. The kids had tons of fun playing with their many cousins and begged to go with when it was time to leave. It was a great day!
We are so happy to have Saedy as part of our family. She has gotten so grown up and is so fun and funny! (As you have probably noticed by the funny things she says on the side of our blog). She is such a joy to have around! Happy Birthday Saedy! Love You!
